1. Contractual Scope & Quotations
These terms govern all commercial tenders, site inspections, and service contracts undertaken by Edyngo Global Company Limited. Quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days from issuance, unless otherwise stipulated in writing. Work commences only upon formal written client acceptance or issuance of a Purchase Order / Work Order.
2. Pest Control & 14-Day Treatment Warranty
Our pest control services utilize formulations approved by LASEPA and EHORECON. On commercial treatments, Edyngo Global provides a 14-day warranty: If target pest activity persists significantly within fourteen (14) days following the initial treatment, our technical crew will re-inspect and perform a booster application at zero additional cost to the client.
3. Surface Integrity & Zero-Damage Policy
During post-construction handover cleaning and marble restoration, Edyngo Global employs only pH-calibrated chemical strippers and non-abrasive rotary pads. We warrant that our methods will not scratch vitrified porcelain tiles, pit structural grout, or etch architectural glass when executed under standard operational parameters.
4. High-Altitude Rigging & Weather Postponement
High-rise rope access operations adhere strictly to dual independent lifeline standards. To protect technicians and property, site supervisors maintain the absolute right to suspend high-altitude work if wind speeds exceed twenty (20) knots or during electrical storm activity. Any weather-induced postponement is rescheduled immediately without penalty to either party.
5. Nationwide Mobilization & Logistics
Edyngo Global mobilizes technical personnel, heavy machinery, and industrial consumables to project sites across all thirty-six (36) states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja). For nationwide deployments outside Lagos State, mobilization schedules and site accommodation terms are formally specified in the project contract.
6. Commercial Payment Milestones
Unless customized under an approved corporate SLA retainer, commercial projects typically require an advance mobilization deposit upon contract execution, with the balance due upon joint client inspection and issuance of the formal Job Completion Certificate.
