Technical & Operational Knowledge Base

Authoritative, transparent guidance on chemical safety formulations, re-entry clearances, high-rise rope access certifications, and nationwide mobilization across Nigeria.

Facility management decisions require total clarity on risk, regulations, and execution. We provide complete transparency on our statutory accreditations, chemical toxicities, and operational safeguards before any field work commences.

Statutory Assurance

LASEPA: Certified environmental chemical compliance

EHORECON: Licensed environmental health practitioners

Pest Control, Fumigation & Chemical Safety

Yes, when applied strictly according to safety protocols. We use only approved, registered chemical formulations licensed by LASEPA and EHORECON. We never use banned, unlabelled, or hazardous street pesticides. We provide comprehensive pre-treatment checklists and enforce strict re-entry ventilation windows so that indoor air quality is certified safe before staff or families return.

For standard indoor residual knapsack spraying, occupants must remain outside the building for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours. For heavy motorized thermal fogging or intensive bedbug treatments, the required waiting period is 3 to 4 hours. Upon returning, windows and cross-ventilation doors must be opened for 20 to 30 minutes before switching on air conditioning units.

We advise all clients to seal open food stocks and place dishes inside closed cupboards or refrigerators prior to technician arrival. If food preparation countertops, cutting boards, or utensils were inadvertently left exposed during residual spraying, they should be cleaned with warm soapy water before culinary use.

For private residential homes and luxury estates, treatments every 3 to 6 months prevent pest colonies from establishing. For corporate office buildings, commercial bank branches, logistics warehouses, and healthcare centers, quarterly (every 3 months) or bi-monthly fumigation contracts ensure unbroken regulatory hygiene compliance.

Commercial & Post-Construction Handover Cleaning

Routine janitorial work targets everyday dust and surface cleanliness. Post-construction handover cleaning requires heavy-duty industrial machinery, 17-inch rotary scrubbers, and pH-calibrated chemical strippers to dissolve hardened cement mortar, dried grout haze, paint splatters, and baked silicone without etching imported vitrified tiles or clouding architectural glazing.

Yes. We supply 100% of the industrial rotary floor scrubbers, wet/dry industrial vacuum extractors, high-pressure washers, aluminum scaffolding, and safety gear. Clients simply provide access to water and electrical points on site. If mains power is unavailable on a raw construction site, we deploy mobile diesel generators upon advance request.

Absolutely. We deploy non-abrasive diamond and white polishing pads, paired with acid-neutral organic solvent strippers. We strictly forbid harsh metal scrapers or corrosive hydrochloric acids, preserving tile surfaces, natural stone veins, and structural grout lines.

High-Rise Façade Maintenance & Rope Access

We deploy certified industrial rope access (abseiling) technicians. Our technicians rig twin independent static kermantle ropes (a primary working line and a secondary fail-safe backup line) anchored directly to structural roof columns. This system is rapidly deployed in under 45 minutes, eliminates ground obstruction, and safely accesses complex architectural curves.

Worker safety is non-negotiable. Our site supervisors continuously monitor wind speeds with digital anemometers. Operations immediately cease if wind speeds exceed 20 knots (10 m/s) or if lightning storms approach. The affected elevation drop is rescheduled to the next safe window at zero financial penalty to the client.

Pricing, Contracts & Nationwide Deployment

We do not only operate in Lagos — we deliver services nationwide across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja). While our corporate headquarters and heavy equipment logistics hub are located at 7C Creek Road, Opp. Zenith Bank Plc, Apapa, Lagos, Edyngo Global routinely mobilizes project teams, certified machinery, and supervisory personnel to commercial towers, bank branches, industrial factories, and estate communities throughout Nigeria (including Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ogun, Oyo, Delta, Edo, Kano, and beyond).

Preliminary physical site audits for commercial towers, industrial warehouses, and corporate facilities in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt are conducted promptly. Quotations are calculated strictly based on audited square meterage, tile composition, elevation height, and chemical volume—ensuring transparent, fixed pricing with zero hidden surcharges.

For emergency callouts (such as venomous snake incursions, aggressive bee swarm removals, or urgent pre-handover deep scrubs), our emergency response unit mobilizes within 2 to 4 hours anywhere in Lagos State, with expedited cross-country deployment teams ready for nationwide mobilization.
